"Are you tired of constantly struggling with knowing what the “right” foods are to eat?

Are you especially exhausted by the perpetual, confusing misinformation society and the media are telling you is “right” or “wrong” when it comes to what to put in your body?

I’m so glad you are here and are looking for a dietitian to help! Congrats!

That is the one of the first steps to a healthy relationship with food, and you are worthy of recovery.

Eating disorder dietitians help people normalize their relationship with food. In Austin, I help people in person work on eating disorder recovery. I also work with people throughout Texas with eating disorder nutrition counseling and body image support.

A little bit about me:

I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with my Bachelors in psychology in 2011, and obtained my Masters in Nutrition from Texas State University in 2018.

I completed my dietetic internship and became a Registered Dietitian. Though many people may call themselves a nutritionist, a dietitian is a nutrition expert who has completed both the degree and the internship, and passed the board exam.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, trying new, fun restaurants around Austin, and spending as much time with my dog, Noah, as I can!

I am passionate about an anti-diet approach to food and support the principles of intuitive eating and Health at Every Size®.

I have personally struggled with achieving a positive relationship with food in the past, and empathize with those that are currently struggling. I love helping people find freedom and peace with their food and bodies.

I am a firm believer in a no judgment zone when it comes to pursuing a healthy relationship with food and body image. It can be a tough road, but it is so worth getting to the other side and learning just how great it is to love food. I would love to help you get there!"
