Started by a licensed dietitian and therapist, our practice has a special niche in working with clients struggling with their relationships with food and body. Jennifer Pereira, LPC, RD, LD began this work over 15 years ago, and has since supported numerous individuals and families to break free from the harms of diet culture and experience real body liberation.

Jennifer has since expanded her practice to include more therapists and dietitians, each with individual niches, so we know that whatever you are struggling with, we likely have a clinician who would be a great fit for you or your loved one.

This is a list of our primary specialties, but if you are struggling with something that is not on this list, feel free to reach out to see if any of our Austin-based counselors or dietitians could be a good fit for you!

We are here to provide counseling and nutrition support with any needs mentioned above, and so much more. We have two locations around Austin and Lakeway, Texas, but can also work with clients virtually across Texas.
