Couples Therapy, Eating Disorder Treatment

  • Are you having difficulties with your relationships?

  • Maybe you are struggling with eating and body image issues.

  • You could be in college (or any other phase of life), wondering what you are going to do with your life.

  • Somedays, it can be a challenge just to get out of bed.

I understand these struggles, and I can help. You don't have to walk through these challenges alone. I can help you untangle your history, uproot negative core beliefs and heal old wounds. I want to help you have better relationships. I am here to help you navigate this phase of life, so that you find the most fulfillment. I can guide you as you make peace with food and your body.

Hannah Vogt, LMSW

I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and meeting you where you are. I take a hopeful, strengths-based approach, believing that growth and healing are always possible. I work to encourage, challenge, motivate, and provide a safe space for every client. I love to have fun in the therapy process, bringing appropriate humor and moments of joy, even when navigating difficult issues and experiences.

I have worked with clients using a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness. My therapeutic lens is culturally humble, existential, relational, and I am aware of the impact of systems on the individual. I hope to provide a space for individuals to explore new things and new ways of interacting with their world.
