Haley Isaman
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (LMFT-A)
Hello! My name is Haley, and I am a pre-graduate Masters-level Marriage and Family Therapy Intern at Austin Counseling and Nutrition. After graduating with my Bachelor’s degree in nutrition in 2019, I decided to pursue a career in therapy rather than dietetics. Low and behold, the two go hand-in-hand!
Starting therapy can be a difficult process, which is why my goal is to create a space that is warm, welcoming, free of judgment, and most importantly, safe. I work with teens (13+), adults, families, and couples through their unique healing processes by utilizing DBT, mindfulness, family systems, and attachment-based modalities. My training as a marriage and family therapist student simply means I view most human struggles from a relational lens- after all, we do not exist in a vacuum! In addition, I understand that people come from all different backgrounds, cultures, beliefs systems, and families. I take all these factors into consideration to meet my clients where they are at in their therapeutic journey.
If you feel that I would be a good fit for working with you, your teen, or your family, please reach out to me at (512)-843-0933 to set up a free 15-minute consultation call. I am able to provide both online and in-person therapy on Monday and Tuesday evenings at reduced rates.
