I help clients have a more normal and pleasurable relationship with food. I specialize in helping people with eating disorders like Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID, and other variations of eating disorders and disordered eating. I will help you recognize the lies behind the food rules you have accumulated over the years. I help people tune into their bodies so they can read and respond to internal hunger and fullness cues. Making peace with food and body is a truly liberating experience.
